Acute exercise-moderate intensity

30 minutes of cycling exercise at moderate (90% of first ventilatory threshold)

BEHAVIORAL

Acute effects-heavy intensity

Participants will cycle 30 minutes at heavy (110% of first ventilatory threshold) intensity
