SPIN-NA Developmental Observation Grid Assessment via Home-Based Standardized Video Recording

The SPIN-NA intervention consists of an analytical developmental assessment using a standardized clinical observation grid. Infants are filmed once between 1 and 6 months corrected age in their home environment by the grid's creators. Each video includes structured observation scenarios designed to evaluate eight developmental domains (e.g., stress signals, tonic regulation, sensory perception, emotional expressiveness, and parent-infant interaction). The videos are independently assessed by five experienced psychomotor therapists trained in the use of the SPIN-NA grid. No treatment or physical intervention is administered; the intervention is observational and non-invasive, aiming to validate the grid's reproducibility in a real-life setting.
