LLM-based CBT

An intelligent mobile application that delivers CBT for tinnitus, powered by a LLM. The app provides daily interactive sessions (≥20 minutes per day) over 4 weeks, incorporating cognitive restructuring, relaxation training, attention-shifting, and sleep hygiene guidance. The content dynamically adapts to user input to enhance engagement and personalization.
