Preoperative rehabilitation exercises + Usual care

"1. Preoperative rehabilitation exercises~ 1. Intervention methods: At the time of admission, the investigator demonstrated the content of preoperative rehabilitation exercises and provided a guidebook. Participants exercise on their own for approximately 3-7 days from the day of admission to the day of surgery as directed by the investigator and the manual.~ 2. Exercise content:~ * Pulmonary function exercises: including abdominal breathing exercises and effective cough learning.~ * Muscle strength exercises: including straight leg raises and lateral leg raises.~ * Knee range of motion exercises: including knee flexion exercises and knee extension exercises.~ * ankle pump exercise~2. Usual care: Provided by a ward nurse."

The navigator guides the whole process of preoperative rehabilitation exercise + Usual care

"1. The navigator guides the whole process of preoperative rehabilitation exercise~ 1. On the day of admission, the same intervention as in the preoperative rehabilitation autonomous exercise group was added:~ * Exercise Verification: Subjects demonstrate prescribed exercises to ensure correct execution.~ * Education \& Rapport:The navigator establishes therapeutic rapport and provides essential disease education.~ 2. During the preoperative period (admission to surgery), the navigator implements:~ * Daily Supervised Exercise: Two 20-minute face-to-face rehabilitation sessions in the patient's room daily.~ * Standardized Reminders:Daily exercise adherence reminders via We Chat at 19:00-20:00.~ * Comprehensive Support: assessing needs and connecting to resources,,offering psychosocial/emotional support ,verbal interpretation, addressing exercise barriers and developing self-management skills~2. Usual care: Provided by a ward nurse."
