The experimental group received noninvasive spinal cord electrical stimulation treatment, requiring patients to take the prone position or sitting position, the anode was placed in the patient's bilateral anterior superior iliac spines, the cathode was placed in the nerve root outlets corresponding to the upper and lower spinal segments of the spinous processes, the stimulation frequency was adjusted to 10,000 Hz, the treatment frequency was 30Hz, the pulse width was 1ms, the waveform was a square wave, and the length of a single session of the treatment was 20min, and the amplitude of current was adjusted to the sensory threshold below the threshold value for 20min twice a day for 2 weeks. The duration of a single treatment was 20 min, and the amplitude of the current was adjusted to below the sensory threshold, each time 20 min, twice a day for 2 weeks of noninvasive spinal cord electrical stimulation.
