Ta'am Mustadam Intervention

"The Ta'am Mustadam intervention, guided by the BCW and BCT, will be implemented over six weeks with a four-week follow-up among adults in the CMHS canteen.~The intervention will consist of the following elements:~1. Education: The educational messages will be shared via WhatsApp on Fridays \&Tuesdays, with additional dietary tips on Wednesdays, timed before main meal. Moreover, weekly video recipes will be shared on Saturdays~2. Behavioral Practice: This component engages participants withs sustainable eating habits through biweekly cooking competitions and hands-on meal preparation activities held on Thursdays.~3. The environmental restructuring component aims to promote sustainable food choices at CMHS canteen by enhancing healthy food availability, appeal, and visibility through local produce, improved dish palatability, and visual/nutritional cues via QR codes, tray mats, and banners.~The evaluation of Ta'am Mustadam intervention will be guided by RE-AIM framework."
