OTHER

High-flow device flow rate setting

To evaluate the feasibility of diaphragmatic speckle tracking, images acquired under three different high-flow settings (low, medium, and high) will be compared with those obtained under the clinically applied flow rate previously used for each patient.

OTHER

PEEP titration through different approaches

To investigate the clinical value of diaphragmatic speckle tracking, this study compares PEEP titrated by ultrasound-based assessment with PEEP determined by conventional P/F ratio tables, and analyzes differences in clinical outcomes between the two groups.
