Effectiveness of a Web-Based Osteoporosis Awareness Education Program Based on the Health Belief Model Among Female University Students at Risk

This study presents a web-based osteoporosis awareness training based on the health belief model. The training is designed to provide information about the risks of osteoporosis, ways of prevention and healthy lifestyle habits. Participants will be taught about the importance of calcium intake, the benefits of exercise and osteoporosis prevention methods. The training process will be supported by interactive content and individual counseling sessions offered through the website and participants will be provided with the opportunity to consolidate their knowledge.
