The Effects of FMT on Intestinal Microbiota and Pulmonary Microecology

Prepare 300 ml of intestinal flora suspension from 100-150 g of feces. Administer vancomycin 500 mg via nasogastric tube every 12 hours for 48-72 hours before FMT. Clean the intestines with 2000 ml of polyethylene glycol 24 hours before FMT (except for patients with diarrhea). Subjects can eat and drink freely during preparation but must fast for at least 2 hours before FMT (water allowed). No food or water is permitted within 2 hours after FMT. Stop all antibiotics (intravenous, oral, nebulized) at least 24 hours before FMT.
