L-carnitine

This group will be treated with tablet L-carnitine 330 mg 3 times daily for 8 weeks and Naproxen 500 mg twice daily for the first 14 days

This group will be treated with tablet Placebo 330 mg 3 times daily for 8 weeks and Naproxen 500 mg twice daily for the first 14 days
