Combined spinal and general anesthesia Spinal anesthesia with Bupivacaine heavy 0.5% 10 mg General anesthesia with Lidocaine 1.5mg/kg, Fentanyl 2 mcg/kg, propofol 2 mg/kg, Rocuronium 0.6 mg/kg
