Fresh-Cut Guava Consumption

Participants eat a defined portion of guava.

Fresh-Cut Pineapple Consumption

Participants consumed fresh-cut pineapple purchased from street vendors. Health outcomes, including potential microbial contamination and GI symptoms, were assessed for five days after consumption.
