DRUG

Iliopsoas nerve block

Patients will receive an Iliopsoas nerve block using 10 ml of bupivacaine 0.5%.

DRUG

Femoral nerve block

Patients will receive femoral nerve block using 10 ml of bupivacaine 0.5%.
