DYNAMICS-LYNCH：DNA Methylation Analysis in Stool for Screening of Lynch Syndrome-Associated Colorectal Cancer

Three rounds of screening were performed. In the first year, colonoscopy was conducted along with concurrent fecal DNA testing performed prior to the colonoscopy.
