DRUG

Oral methadone, immediately prior to transport

Patients will receive 0.4mg/kg PO methadone immediately prior to transport to the operating room

DRUG

Intravenous methadone

Patients will receive 0.3mg/kg IV methadone after induction of general anesthesia
