Losartan

Patients will receives Losartan (LS) 50 mg per day.

DRUG

Losartan + Hydrochlorothiazide

Patients will be given Losartan LS (50 mg per day) and Hydrochlorothiazide (HCTZ) 12.5 mg per day as a combination therapy.
