Digital Literacy Intervention to Address Support, Literacy and Communication in Older Adults

This intervention consists of 4-6 home visits with 3-4 interim phone calls based on the participant's individual digital literacy needs and goals. Each participant will receive internet connectivity (if not already available), a tablet (if not already available) and tailored action plans co-developed by the participant and the interventionist.
