Ultrasound-based viscoelastic hemostasis analysis

Adding recombinant tissue plasminogen activator (rtPA) and/or Tranexamic acid （TXA）to blood in vitro, and fibrinolysis capacity is assessed using ultrasound-guided viscoelastic coagulation testing.
