Intensity-modulated radiotherapy

All patients will be treated with intensity-modulated radiotherapy (IMRT) plans.

OTHER

Magnetic Resonance Guidance

All patients will undergo combined CT and/or MR simulation and will be treated with a sequential-boost technique.
