Impact of Email Reminders on No-Show Rates for Appointments in an Urology Department

Patients who have an appointment (either face-to-face or teleconsultation) scheduled with a doctor at the Hospital receive an e-mail at the time of their request as well as 14 days and 48 hours prior to the appointment, reminding them of the appointment time and the place where they have to go.
