Lidocaine IV

LIDOCAINE INFUSION STARTED 3 MG PER KG FOR 2 SUCCESSIVE WEEKS ,THEN 4 MG PER KG FOR ANOTHER 2 WEEKS .ONCE WEEKLY,other group saline infusion once weekly for 4 successive weeks
