repetitive transcranial magnetic stimulation (rTMS)

rTMS will be applied to primary motor cortex of the brain.

DEVICE

functional electrical stimulation (FES) cycling

FES will be applied to muscles associated in cycling: quadriceps, hamstrings, tibialis anterior, gastrocnemius, soleus.
