Clonidine, Buprenorphine

Each patient receives rotational treatment using Buprenorphine 5cmg/hr patch; or Clonidine tablet 0.1mg 4hourly; or combined Clonidine tablet 0.1mg 4hourly + Buprenorphine 5cmg/hr patch.
