Esmolol

loading dose 1 mg/kg followed by maintenance dose of 30 μg/kg/min throughout the surgery.

DRUG

Magnesium sulfate

loading dose 40 mg/kg over a period of 15 mins and maintenance 15 mg/kg/h throughout the surgery.
