PROCEDURE

Conventional osteotomy

The nasal skeleton was accessed using a closed approach or an open approach is done via a transcolumellar and infracartilaginous incision. Osteotomy was made using osteotomes.

PROCEDURE

Piezosurgery osteotomy

full exposure of the nasal bony pyramid is needed.
