BEHAVIORAL

Aims to Decrease Anxiety and Pain Treatment (ADAPT)

One pre-operative and 4 post-operative sessions of cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT) treatment in the first two months, beginning 2-3 weeks after surgery, will be completed.
