PATIENTS WITH UPPER EXTREMITY SURGERY

Interventions

DRUG

fentanyl will be added

If adequate anagesia is not provided with the block, 1 microgram/kg of fentanyl will be added

PROCEDURE

general anesthesia

If adequate anagesia is not provided with the block, general anesthesia will be administered.
