Patient to see behavioral health/psychiatric care

Patient to have evaluation and treatment by a trained pelvic floor physical therapist

Usual care from practicing academic Urogynecologist

Intravesical lidocaine, heparin, sodium bicarb, Kenalog, gentamicin

Topical vaginal estradiol application

UTI prevention/bladder therapeutic
