Competencies of Operating Room Nurses and Influencing Factors

"The quantitative part of the study is a descriptive study with the Perceived Perioperative Competence Scale-Revised to determine the perceptions of operating room nurses about their competencies.~It is a case study in order to reveal the opinions of the surgical team members about the competencies of the operating room nurses and the affecting factors through individual in-depth interviews and to better explain the current situation at the qualitative stage, which is carried out simultaneously."
