DRUG

alverine-citrate + simethicone and lactase

Patients who randomized in the first arm are treated with alverine-citrate + simethicone and lactase.

DRUG

alverin-citrate + simethicone with placebo

Patients in the second arm receive alverin-citrate + simethicone with placebo without lactase.
