Dexamethasone 0.5mg

The patients will be randomly given the medication by mouth 60 min before administering IANB.

Ketorolac 10 Mg Oral Tablet

The patients will be randomly given the medication by mouth 60 min before administering IANB.

DRUG

Meloxicam 7.5 mg

The patients will be randomly given the medication by mouth 60 min before administering IANB.

DRUG

Ibuprofen 600 mg

The patients will be randomly given the medication by mouth 60 min before administering IANB.

Placebo
