Percutaneous endoscopic gastrostomy

Percutaneous endoscopic gastrostomy (PEG) is a minimally-invasive endoscopic procedure that creates a passage from the patient's stomach to the abdominal wall via a feeding tube and provides a means of feeding if oral intake is not adequate.
