Enhanced Usual Care includes the following:~* Usual care~* A packet of flyers and handouts with general information on psychosocial oncology services derived from the American Society of Clinical Oncology (ASCO), Center to Advance Palliative Care (CAPC), and American Cancer Society (ACS)"
