DRUG

Lidocaine IV Infusion

Lidocaine will infused through erector spinae plane block catheter in patients with traumatic rib fracture.

DRUG

2% Lidocaine via ESPB

10 ml of 2% lidocaine will be infused through ESPB in treatment group
