High-dose oral omeprazole

Local made oral omeprazole 40 mg twice daily will be prescribed for 72 hours after randomization.

DRUG

Standard IV PPI

Pantoprazole 8mg/hour IV continuous drip will be prescribed for 72 hours after randomization
