the patient will receive general anesthesia
quadratus lumborum block type 3
patients will receive ultrasound-guided quadratus lumborum block type 3 with 30 ml of bupivacaine 0.25% followed by general anesthesia.
erector spinae plane block
patients will receive ultrasound-guided quadratus lumborum block type 3 with 30 ml of bupivacaine 0.25% followed by general anesthesia.
