Diet will include foods rich in omega-3 fatty acids.
Antioxidants
Diet will include foods rich in antioxidant vitamins, trace elements, and polyphenols.
Soluble fiber
Diet will include foods rich in soluble fiber.
Probiotics
Diet will include foods rich in probiotics.
Lactose restriction
Diet will be restricted to 5g lactose/day
Fiber restriction
Diet will be restricted to 20g fiber/day
Fat restriction
Diet will be restricted to 20% total energy intake
