Pemetrexed, cisplatin

Pemetrexed 500mg/m2, Intravenous, Q 3weeks. Cisplatin 75mg/m2, Intravenous, Q 3weeks. Combination administration : up to 6cycles After 6 cycle, pemetrexed alone is administered.
