Interventions
DRUG

TAS 102

TAS 102 35 mg will be administered orally twice daily every 2 weeks.

DRUG

Ramucirumab 10 MG/ML Intravenous Solution [CYRAMZA]

Ramucirumab 8 milligrams/kilogram will be administered as a 60 minute intravenous (IV) infusion every 2 weeks.
