PROCEDURE

PET/MR-ultrasound guided Fusion biopsy

All focal lesion with PI-RADS \>=3 on MR or with DCFPyL uptake on PET will undergo a focal fusion biopsy

PROCEDURE

Systemic TRUS guided biopsy

Transrectal ultrasound guided systemic prostate biopsy
