Propranolol Oral Tablet

Patients will receive Propranolol LA 80 mg PO at 7 PM before sleep (on CPAP withdrawal nights only)

DRUG

Placebo Oral Tablet

Patients will receive Placebo tablet at 7 PM before sleep (on CPAP withdrawal nights only)
