Estradiol withdrawal

one injection of open-label intramuscular dose of leuprolide (3.75-mg depot), a gonadotropin-releasing hormone agonist that rapidly suppresses estradiol and temporarily achieves ovarian suppression.

Fragmented sleep

Fragmented sleep will be experimentally induced.
