200mg every 3 weeks starting 3 weeks prior to chemoradiotherapy. Maximum of 4 doses

RADIATION

Radiation Therapy

70 Gy in 35 fractions over 7 weeks

DRUG

Cisplatin

100 mg/m2 every 3 weeks starting on day 1 of chemoradiotherapy. Maximum of 3 doses.
