Hyperthermic Intraperitoneal Chemotherapy (HIPEC)

Hyperthermic intraperitoneal chemotherapy (HIPEC) is a procedure in which the internal parts of the abdomen are bathed in a warm solution of anti-cancer medications for 90 minutes.
