4 mg of MLN9708 delivered on days 1, 8 and 15 of a 28 day cycle.

DRUG

Dexamethasone

40 mg oral on Days 1, 8, 15 of each 28 day cycle.

DRUG

Bendamustine (multiple dose levels)

70 mg/m\^2, 80 mg/m\^2, or 90 mg/m\^2 on days 1 and 2

DRUG

Bendamustine (MTD)

80 mg/m\^2 on days 1 and 2
