Patients will receive regular spinal anesthesia

DRUG

Ondansetron

Patients will receive slow intravenous injection of ondansetron 4 mg after cord clamping

DRUG

Palonosetron

Patients will receive slow intravenous infection of palonosetron 75 mcg after cord clamping
