Endoscopic ultrasound-guided fine-needle aspiration (EUS-FNA) has become a useful tool in the diagnostic evaluation of gastrointestinal tract lesions as well as other accessible organ sites and has found a wide use in the management of various gastrointestinal and non-gastrointestinal lesions.
