Epley Maneuver

Patient has vestibular rehabilitation utilizing the Epley Maneuver.

Lorazepam

Lorazepam 1 - 5mg PO/IV prn

Diphenhydramine

25 - 50mg PO/IV once prn

Ondansetron

Ondansetron 4 - 8 mg PO/IV prn
