arthrocentesis

Irrigate the TMJ with lactated ringers

PROCEDURE

arthroscopy

The TMJ will be inspected with an arthroscope and the joint irrigated with lactated ringers

PROCEDURE

arthroplasty

The disc will be surgically repositioned with open surgery
