Docetaxel

75 mg/m\^2 IV over 60 Minutes on Day 1 of 21 day cycle.

DRUG

Carboplatin

AUC = 5 IV Over 30 Minutes On Day 1 of 21 day cycle.

DRUG

Etoposide

120 mg/m\^2 daily for 3 days of 21 day cycle.

DRUG

Cisplatin

25 mg/m\^2 for 3 days of 21 day cycle.
